Your guess is as good as mine. I’m not convinced I want extra energy on my nuts. I guess I’ll have to throw some of these in my mouth and sample to really get a good idea if I benefit from this added sprinkle of energy. Did I mention the nuts are gold? Thinking back to my youth, I always did some heavy excavating of the “healthy” part of Lucky Charms, Boo-Berry & Count Chocula to grab as many little styrofoam nuggets onto my spoon as humanly possible. Had I known the future would hold a place to get nothing but the marshmallows…well, I would have still done the exact same thing.
